RULES AND REGULATIONS
Executive Programs Real Estate School Statutory Identification # S0106 and Sponsor # 3874
- A minimum of six (6) calendar days from the date of online material access is granted to the student is required to receive 45 hours of continuing education credit.
- A minimum of two (2) calendar days from the date of online material access is granted to the student is required to receive 15 hours of continuing education credit.
- A minimum of one (1) calendar days from the date of online material access is granted to the student is required to receive 8 hours of continuing education credit.
- A maximum of two (2) computers maybe used during a Single Enrollment Period.
- If additional computers are detected, the user account will be deactivated and must be reset by Executive Programs Staff.
- You must pass your final examinations with 70%.
- In the event the student does not pass the first final examination, a second final examination must be taken and passed. In the event the student does not pass the second final examination, the entire course must be repeated.
- No more than a 15 hour final examination for Continuing Education may be completed in a 24 hour period.
- Reading material is provided online. Students are allowed to download and/or print reading materials and incremental assessments/quizzes. Students are NOT allowed to download and/or print final examinations. No written materials will be provided in a tangible format for Continuing Education. Executive Programs Real Estate School produces an online educational service only.
- Your course will expire one (1) year from your date of enrollment.
- You have eight (8) calendar days from your date of enrollment to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund.
- Your tuition must be paid in full before a Certificate of Completion will be issued. If you receive a free course with the purchase of any other course or program, all tuition must be paid before a Certificate of Completion for any will be issued.
- Tuition must be paid for all programs, courses or products before any Certificate of Professional Achievement will be issued for any course.
- Students must provide a signed written statement verifying identity and course completion time. Article 25. Amend Section 3006.(o)
- A minimum of eighteen (18) days is required from your original date of enrollment to complete the first course.
- Your incremental assessments/quizzes must be completed before a Certificate of Professional Achievement will be issued.
- You must pass your final examinations with 60%.
- A maximum of two (2) computers maybe used during a Single Enrollment Period.

- Your course and/or preparation will expire one (1) year from your date of enrollment.
- All final examinations must be taken in the presence of a monitor approved by Executive Programs under the Department of Real Estate guidelines. Monitors cannot be related by blood or marriage. Executive Programs staff will serve as monitors for all online programs.
- Reading material is provided online. Students are allowed to download and/or print reading materials and incremental assessments/quizzes. Students are NOT allowed to download and/or print final examinations. Executive Programs Real Estate School provides a service only. The school is not a book retailer. The school does not sell or provide CDs, DVDs, cassette tapes or any tangible material. The true object of the service is to provide online instruction and state approved online education courses. Textbooks are provided only online, Executive Programs Real Estate School does not offer a PRODUCT STORE; online or offline. Executive Programs does not SELL any tangible products; textbooks, CDs, DVDs, course outlines, etc.
- Your tuition must be paid in full before a Certificate of Professional Achievement will be issued. If you receive a free course with the purchase of any other course or program, all tuition must be paid before a Certificate of Completion or Certificate of Professional Achievement for any will be issued.
- Tuition must be paid for all programs, courses or products before any Certificate of Professional Achievement will be issued for any course.
Tuition includes all course service, online reading material and certification of course completion. You have eight (8) calendar days from the date if enrollment to cancel any and all agreements and charges. Cancellation must be made in writing. Students can fax, email or mail their written cancellation. Cancellation will not be accepted on the ninth (9th) day. In addition to written cancellation within eight (8) days, students may not have undertaken any course work. Refunds will be promptly processed within 45 days of compliance with the above. Online Test Preparation, Virtual Crash Course, eZPass or Games will not be eligible for any refund. All education evaluations are good faith estimates made by Executive Programs Advisors based on information provided by prospective students. No guarantees or warranties are given concerning the accuracy of the evaluation. Additional course(s) or exchange of courses may be required upon final determination made by the California Department of Real Estate. This could result in additional tuition. Executive Programs Real Estate School is not a book retailer. The true object of the service is to provide online instruction and state approved online courses. Online courses, offered by Executive Programs Real Estate School, provide no tangible products of any type. Executive Programs has provision for cancellation and refund or transfer of registration. You may transfer fees to any other program offered by the school and/or transfer fees to another student at no additional charge.
