- A minimum of eight (8) calendar days from receipt of materials is required to receive 45 hours of continuing education credit.
- A minimum of three (3) calendar days from receipt of materials is required to receive 15 hours of continuing education credit.
- A maximum of two (2) computers maybe used during a Single Enrollment Period.
- If additional computers are detected, the user account will be deactivated and must be reset by Executive Programs Staff.
- A DRE approved textbook is required reading/reference material for your course. Some programs provide the student the ability to download and print the text and/or incidental written reading reference material.
- You must pass your final examinations with 70%.
- No more than a 15 hour final examination for Continuing Education may be completed in a 24 hour period.
- Your course will expire one (1) year from your date of enrollment.
- You have eight (8) calendar days from your date of enrollment to cancel your enrollment and receive a full refund.
- Your tuition must be paid in full before a Certificate of Completion will be issued. If you receive a free Continuing Education course or an 18 Month Provisional License course free with the purchase of a Broker package, the full Broker tuition must be paid before a Certificate of Completion for either will be issued.
- Tuition must be paid for all programs, courses or products before any Certificate of Professional Achievement will be issued for any course.
- If your course is mailed to you, a minimum of twenty-one (21) days is required from your original date of enrollment to complete the first course.
- If you pick up your course materials, a minimum of eighteen (18) days is required from the date of materials received.

- Your Quick Quizzes must be returned to our office before a certificate of completion will be issued.

- All final examinations must be taken in the presence of a monitor approved by Executive Programs under the Department of Real Estate guidelines. Monitors cannot be related by blood or marriage.
- Your tuition must be paid in full before a Certificate of Completion will be issued. If you receive a free Continuing Education course or an 18 Month Provisional License course free with the purchase of a Broker package, the full Broker tuition must be paid before a Certificate of Completion for either will be issued.

Tuition includes all materials and necessary certification for each course. Upon registration, the course materials will be shipped by UPS or comparable carrier service. You have eight (8) calendar days from the date if enrollment to cancel any and all agreements and charges. Cancellation must be made in person or by certified letter or telegram. The postmark will determine the time period. Cancellation will not be accepted on the ninth (9th) day. In addition to requesting the cancellation in person or in writing, the student must return all instructional materials to receive a full refund. The following conditions apply: (1) Materials have not been damaged; (2) Course work has not been undertaken; (3) Student prepays return shipment. Refunds will be promptly processed within 45 days of compliance with the above. A purchase of materials only does not qualify for any refund. All education evaluations are estimates made by Executive Programs counselors based on information provided by the prospective student. No guaranties or warranties are given concerning the accuracy of the evaluation. Additional course(s) may be required upon final evaluation made by the Department of Real Estate. This could result in additional tuition.
