REAL ESTATE CONTINUING EDUCATION
A California real estate license must be renewed every four (4) years. Real estate salespersons renewing their license the first time must complete 45 hours of Continuing Education. Five (5) separate three (3) hour DRE approved online Continuing Education courses must be included within the 45 hour requirement:
- Agency
- Ethics
- Fair Housing
- Risk Management
- Trust Funds
- Real Estate Finance
- Legal Aspects of Real Estate
